IMS members practice in 80 of Iowa’s 99 counties, and we happily serve members across the state. Join us in making Iowa the premier destination for physicians to live, work, and serve their communities.

IMS has several membership levels and options to pay for your membership:

Monthly Membership

  • Pay automatically each month by credit card
  • Convenient. Eliminating the need to remember to renew your dues!

Annual Membership

  • Pay one time for the calendar year
  • Renewal invoice will be sent prior to next year
  • Save 5% compared to monthly membership

*If you become a new member in November or December of any year, your initial membership payment will cover the remainder of the current year AND the following year. You will not be billed again on January 1.

Group Membership

  • Save 5 to 40% in annual discounts when all physicians join together
  • Receive one invoice for your group for easier bookkeeping
  • Pay by ACH transfer, check, or credit card
  • Enhance your employment offer to physicians with IMS member benefits
  • Manage your group to add members as you bring more physicians in.

Automatic Renewal

The IMS membership system offers the feature to set up automatic renewal payments when paying your annual dues. Please log in to the IMS info hub and click on "my billing info" > "autopay and billing" > "manage autopay." Your dues will automatically charge to the credit card on file on January 1, 2025, and a receipt will be sent to you via email.
